  • Tramp iron or overload protection : In case oftramp iron or overload, the hydraulic oil will be pushed into the accumulator, then the discharge opening is enlarged. After tramp iron or overload, the accumulator releases oil to the cylinder, so that the cone crusher can start normal operation. The failure performance probability of the machine is low, even long-time operating in crushing extreme hard rocks.
  • Transmission gear : Bevel and pinion gears can keep the crusher with big torque and high efficient transmission.
